Outcome Possibilities: If we don’t recommend our paid service, it means either: You’ve got a blockbuster film or the film may have fundamental issues beyond editing that require broader interventions, again its our expert opinion – which is upto you to consider.

If you’re totally unhappy with our feedback, we understand. We offer a 90% refund within 7–10 business days. We only retain a small processing fee to account for the 24–36 hours of effort spent on your film, as this helps us compensate our team.

Flexible Plan

We understand that every film edit is different. Sometimes, we may find 15 key actionable points instead of the 50+ points you paid for. To ensure fairness, we offer an adjustment so you only pay for the feedback you truly need.

Here’s how it works:
• If fewer actionable points are identified, we downgrade the feedback plan to match the actual number of points. For ex: If you have paid for PERFECT(50+ points) but we give you only 15+ points, we will downgrade your plan to SYNC.

• We refund the extra amount you paid.

This Flexible Feedback Plan ensures you only pay for the feedback that matters, keeping things simple, fair, and transparent.

What kind of projects do you accept?

We accept Kannada,English & Hindi Short & Feature films. Short films need to be atleast of 10 minutes length.

Do you accept all language films?

Currently we accept films made in Kannada, Hindi & English and other films with subtitles.

How secure is my film with you?

Trust and integrity are the cornerstones of our business. As filmmakers, we deeply understand the sensitivity of sharing a film before its release.

To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a digitally signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that guarantees your film is used solely for feedback. Once our service is complete, we will permanently delete your film from our systems and provide video proof of the deletion. Your work is safe with us—always.

How many cuts can I share?

We recommend submitting your Final cut, or Pre-Release cut complete with placeholder VFX, music, transitions, and sound effects.

Please note that our services are provided on a per-cut basis. If you decide to share a new cut later and request feedback, you will need to avail the service again.

Who watches the film and what is their expertise?

The team is led by Bharath MC, an experienced filmmaker and editor with 15 years of hands-on expertise in Editing, Music Composition, VFX, Color Grading, and Sound Design. He has worked on over 400 audio-visual projects, including 4 Web Series, 10 Feature Films and numerous Short Films.

Additionally, we bring in seasoned film professionals as per requirement who are experts in storytelling and post-production. All team members operate under strict NDAs and align with our business values to ensure confidentiality and integrity.

We carefully select individuals who specialize in various aspects of filmmaking. To maintain objectivity and prevent bias, we keep our team members anonymous.

What is your process of giving feedback?

We begin with a general viewing of your film from an audience’s perspective. After that, we dive deeper, watching the film multiple times—pausing and playing as needed—to note down all the key pointers. We conduct several focused passes to thoroughly cover all aspects of post-production.

Next, we organize our feedback into a spreadsheet, complete with timecode (TC) references, and generate marker lists for easy navigation.

Finally, we schedule a call with you to discuss the feedback, focusing on any points you find challenging or need further clarification on.

If you feel that the feedback was not useful or that your time was wasted, we offer a money-back guarantee, minus a processing fee of 10% for the work completed.

I am a student filmmaker, will I get a discount?

Any discount for low budget films?

In our experience we have noticed that low budget/indie films benefit the most from such services. So even though there is no discount, we can consider giving more feedback for the price.

Can I pay in installments?

Unfortunately we don’t accept payments in installments. Payments have to be made in full at the start to avail the services. However, you need to pay only after the free assessment.

Can you promise the success of my film after feedback?

The success of a film depends on many factors, including story, performance, marketing, and distribution—not just post-production. While we can’t guarantee that our feedback will make your film a blockbuster hit, we can promise to help you, edit-wise, to unlock the full potential of your film and release its very best version.
